  35. Are these connected to the Warp Engine SCSI bus externally?

  46. This is normally caused by having the wrong Max Transfer Rate set for your IDE hard 
  47. drives on a A4000.  Try changing it to :  0x1fe00 using HDToolbox.

  87. If the mentioned change to the transfer rate doesn't do it, maybe a re-install of 
  88. the Flyer software (including re-formatting drives)  might help.  Heck, I recommend 
  89. it as a matter of course every so often just to completely get rid of old software 
  90. junk, unused files and simple to "clean things up".  I know, its radical, but after 
  91. seeing some client's rats' nests in their hard drives, it is really simpler to do 
  92. than try to organize their systems.  Oops! I strayed from the subject...

  108. Going to SCSI hard drives normally gets rid of the problem.  However, you can still 
  109. use the IDE you've got or install another by using the above mentioned Max Transfer 
  110. Rate.  The Warp Engine SCSI bus normally has no problems at all regarding this, you 
  111. may however see little annoying things like having problems with devices at the end 
  112. of your SCSI bus, removable devices not showing correctly sometimes or things to 
  113. this effect.  These are "normally" caused only by the wiring, not the controller (at 
  114. least as far as we can tell).
